Privacy
Timeback Solutions is a one-person Minnesota LLC. We collect the minimum info needed to talk to you and run your project. We don't sell data, don't run ad pixels, and the website doesn't set tracking cookies.
What we collect
- From you. Anything you share when you email us, book a call through Cal.com, or fill out a form — name, business, email, and whatever context you include.
- Automatically. Standard server logs from Cloudflare (IP, request path, timestamp) for security and uptime. We may also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn't track you across sites.
- From paid client work. Once you're a client, we hold the credentials and operational data needed to build your automations. That side of the relationship is governed by your signed MSA, not this page.
What we don't do
- Sell or rent your information to anyone.
- Run ad pixels, third-party trackers, or session replay.
- Use your information to train AI or ML models.
Who else sees your info
Only the categories of service providers we use to run the business: hosting and infrastructure, email and communication, scheduling, CRM, accounting and invoicing, contracts, banking and payments, encrypted credential storage, and AI inference providers. Each is bound by their own terms to protect your information, and we don't authorize them to use it for anything beyond providing services to us.
SMS messaging
Timeback Solutions sends automated SMS messages on behalf of clients to end users who have opted in through their relationship with that client. Message types include operational notifications, appointment reminders, and business workflow alerts. No marketing messages are sent without explicit opt-in consent.

- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.

No mobile information — including SMS opt-in data and consent — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is never sold. Any sharing described elsewhere in this policy excludes SMS opt-in and consent information; that information is used only to deliver the messages you signed up for.
Your choices
Email us at any time to see what we have, correct it, or have it deleted. We respect requests under the California Consumer Privacy Act, the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act, and the EU/UK GDPR.
How long we keep it
Inquiry emails and CRM records stick around as long as they're useful, unless you ask us to delete them. Project and financial records are kept for the periods required by Minnesota and federal tax law (typically seven years). When a client engagement ends, we follow our offboarding routine and remove credentials and access.
Security
Credentials are stored encrypted in a dedicated password manager. Two-factor auth is on everywhere that supports it. Client workflows and credentials are logically segmented and access-controlled. More detail on the security page.
